This article from the NY Times reminds how powerful and enjoyable music can be when played through high quality components/equipment, something most have forgotten about. There is definitely a difference in the emotional connection to the music that a good music playback system can offer versus a pair of run-of-the-mill headphones, or a small bluetooth speaker, mainly because of the added resolution a better system has. It can really let through more of the emotion and intent of the artist. Something that can be highly satisfying and fun if you pay a little attention to it.
