The Era100 seems to be the replacement for the Sonos One model, a very popular, small speaker with voice control built in. This new version claims to have even better sound and the ability to connect an auxiliary component, such as a turntable. The ERA 300 is a slightly larger speaker than the Era 100, and has deeper bass capability and tweeters on either side to help the sound disperse throughout the room even more. A pair of them set up as rear channel speakers coupled with say, a SONOS Arc soundbar, can help fill out a Dolby Atmos surround sound experience in your room. The post Get a sound bar with HDMI (ARC) built-in first appeared on tech ease, Columbus Ohio.]]> When looking to add a sound bar to get better sound out of your smart TV, it’s easy to get lost in all the choices and get something very inexpensive since they all pretty much look the same, but don’t. A lot of the lower end sound bars do not include an HDMI (ARC) input to connect to your TV. HDMI is the best way to connect to your TV – it’s the most reliable (you won’t have to “pair” the two from time to time), the sound signal will be transferred over a wire for full bandwith and quality, the two devices will be able to communicate with each other and, among other things, will allow you to use the single TV remote to control the sound bar volume, eliminating the need for multiple remote controls. These days HDMI (ARC) equipped sound bars start in the low $200 price range and are well worth it. Call for help figuring out which sound bar is right for you.

The idea is good – all of your CDs in one place so you can “easily” play them, right? Well most people found that it was impossible/extremely time consuming to program and keep track of what CD was in what slot and as a result the players usually sit there, empty and collecting dust. I still see a lot of these around in peoples’ houses.
